Our story
Deco Innovations (Pty) Ltd was established in
2018 in Roodepoort, Gauteng. From the outset we set out to
contribute meaningfully to South Africa’s mainstream economy—delivering
commercial and residential joinery and fit-out work that meets international
standards of finish and documentation, while growing skills and opportunities
locally.
We serve clients who need more than ad-hoc carpentry: corporate shopfitting,
exhibition infrastructure, bespoke residential joinery, and ongoing maintenance
where quality and reliability matter.
Mission
To deliver high-end infrastructure and interior solutions that strengthen our
clients’ brands and homes, while investing in ethical practice, fair labour, and
long-term value for the communities we work in.
“Integrity and Ubuntu guide how we engage clients, partners, and our team—because
excellence in craft is inseparable from how we treat people along the way.”
— Deco Innovations ethos
Project management
Large or complex projects are coordinated through a structured management lens—not
improvisation on site. Our focus includes:
-
Feasibility studies — aligning scope, budget, and programme
before commitment.
-
Quality assurance — documented checks from materials through
installation.
-
On-time delivery — milestones tracked against agreed dates,
with clear communication when trade-offs arise.
Process & philosophy: a holistic approach
We balance financial, social, and
environmental factors in how we plan and execute work—so that a
project is viable for the client, fair for those who build it, and responsible in
its use of materials and waste.
Highly qualified 3D designers work with our management team to
lock in spatial and aesthetic decisions early, which protects both programme and
cost: the result is work that is designed to be
on time, within budget, without sacrificing the finish our name
stands for.
Social responsibility
We are committed to community development and
job creation in Gauteng. Where appropriate we favour
labour-intensive construction practices that spread opportunity
and skills—supporting local suppliers and teams while maintaining the standards
expected in premium shopfitting and joinery.
